There was a famous book, and also many great movies made after it,
called The Time Machine. It was quite a subject of discussion at a time,
but today no one has time to think about such a machine. Everyone is so
very busy in their daily routine that they hardly get time to think
about philosophy or other subjects that doesn't fetch them money
immediately. We often think if only we could have a machine that makes money,
our worries would be over. But what we do not realize is that we
already have such a machine that we use almost everyday, most of the day.
Maybe you guessed it already, its simply our computer and the internet.

I'm sure I'm not the first one to tell you about the myriad of
opportunities on the internet. Simply put, as long as you create something
that someone on the world wide web deems of value, you have the potential
to get paid. Potential to get paid not just one time like most other<

br /> things we do, but for as long as anyone of this global audience thinks
it's worth some value to them. You want examples? I knew a lady who
had hardcore passion about surfing the internet, so she downloaded a web
toolbar and it paid her to browse every website recommended by it.
Then on other instance, there was a kid who had a passion for writing
about cell phones, someone suggested him to blog and put some ads on it.
He is now making more money than his middle-aged father who's worked all
his life. Then this friend of mine, he was quite popular over
blogosphere for sharing ideas and commenting, so I suggested him to try out
affiliate marketing, and dude, he earns more than I do now!

Surfing the web and tracking things we love are the things that we do
almost daily. There is no special talent required; it only involves
passion and motivation. Seriously, all the web marketing tools are there
regardless of what product you sell or what profession you are in.
JohnChow.com and Tim Ferris's 4-hour work week are real life examples on
how it can work for all of us. It's so true that attitude often
determine altitude in life. Are you ready to set aside 30 minutes a day to
invest in your own future and learn about this inevitable trend and force?

I'm not saying money is everything. But in everything we do, there
probably is a way to do them better when we consult the internet.

For me personally, I like to travel so I look on the internet for
travel deals (I love Kayak and Farecast). But when deal hunting became too
time consuming, I consulted the internet again. I learned it was easy
to become a travel affiliate and get wholesale pricing when I travel.
To join the affiliate program was easy but more importantly, I became
an online travel agent without having to pay 10K to get the old school
in-class training all thanks to the internet.

I now never waste time hunting or waiting for online travel deals. I
simply just pick up the phone, call the sales/promotions office my IATAN
number and I immediately get free upgrades or rock-bottom prices that
only travel insiders used to get (I've even gotten to go on a free
cruise last summer). The difference was night and day. Along with the
already 100,000+ members who travel wholesale rather than retail in the
membership I joined, we get phenomenal discounts. But this is just the
beginning, many of my friends and colleagues have joined and they
explored the money making side and are all loving it.
