The internet is a great resource for people that like to write. There are thousands of sites that are willing to publish any thought that you can put into words. My mind is full of so many thoughts that it would take an unlimited amount of books to encase them. My favorite thoughts are about ordinary people and how they came together. Since I have always been one of them I am very familiar with the subject. My articles were inspired by the many different types of people that I have met. They have become a part of who I am.

Not all the people that I have met are nice. The worse are those that are full of hate for those that don't belong to the same race or religion as they do. They would rather accept an evil member of their own group than a good person that is an outsider. It is unfortunate that most people that I have met fit that descriptio

n. But I have also met others that have minds of their own and judge people by their behavior and not their religion or race. Thoughts of them help make me a happy person.

I am a strong advocate for freedom of the press and have never seen any article that I thought was unfit to be printed. Some are outrageous and the authors sanity seems to be questionable. Even if I am strongly against those views it would hurt me deeply if the author was not allowed to express that opinion. If a writer has something to say lets give him the opportunity to clear his mind. The greatest evil would be censorship of internet writers, it would be far more evil than any of the ideas a writer could possibly express.

The internet has become the greatest opportunity for people that have writing skills. After years of being marginalized they are now in the forefront of all creative ideas. The most obscure person with a good mind can seed an idea that has a chance of becoming world shaking. In fact the obscurity of a person gives them even more latitude to express a great idea because their writing skills are unfettered by organizations.

I am retired and live alone. There are only a few people that I have the time to speak with. My best talking is done by writing, it is only then I have something important to say. My conversation with most people is just idle chatter. The best way that I make use of my voice is when ordering a fish sandwich at my favorite fast food restaurant. Fortunately I do that often.
