The New World for Affiliate Marketing Network
A gamut of opportunities has been unfolded with more merchants joining with the affiliate networks. The news has in fact brought smiles on the faces of thousands of affiliates or publishers through out the world. The people who have come forward mostly belong to the gaming industry, tour and travel operators, retailers, banks and those belonging to the education sectors.

In India, affiliate marketing is still a new concept. There are two issues that hamper the growth of affiliate marketing industry in the country. One is that the business enterprises rely heavily upon conventional practices. Business establishments are least willing to experiment with the new medium. In spite of 40 million active Internet users in the country, promotions and marketing continue to be primarily delivered by popular media.
The second most hindering factor is the reluctant nature of the people to take initiatives. Rather, than exploring any new avenue, people continue to wait and when half the population has already been engaged, then only do they come to terms. The resources, as are possessed by the populace are far better than those possessed by the others. However, when it comes to deriving the benefits from them, the beneficiaries are unable to get plenty from them.
A small affiliates marketing network or say affiliate marketer may not be able to contribute much to the industry, but yes, he can act as an agent of the change.
